The codes arrive by email right after payment, in a spreadsheet, one per person. With 50 or more, the same page generates a PDF proposal with a payment link on the spot.

Yes. Whoever buys a batch on the site gets an email every month with how many codes have been used and how many are still free, with a spreadsheet of each code status. For batches issued by our team, write to [email protected] with the batch name.

There are three tracks: accredited organisation, audited every year and listed in the directory; individual instructor, listed in the directory without auditing; and company or university, which buys vouchers for its team or class. The organisation applies at /partners/apply and is accredited right away by an automatic checklist: a syllabus mapped to every published domain, instructors holding a valid credential in the certification they teach, a public course page and an email on the website domain. There is no fee in the first year.

No, and that is non-negotiable. No partner, instructor or accredited organisation receives certification exam questions under any circumstances. What is published for everyone is the syllabus, with the domains assessed and what each one demands. That rule is what makes every candidate’s pass mean the same thing, whether they studied with a partner or alone.
